Physical fitness is a condition of health and well-being and,more specifically, the ability to perform aspects of sports,jobs and routine activities. Generally Physical fitness is gained through proper nutrition plan,calm and energetic  physical exercise and enough rest. Physical fitness gets much of attention and for a good reason.A healthy body can avoid situation of getting caught by diseases and helps you to be fit and fine

Neglect the eating junk foods, fizzy drinks, bad habits like smoking and alcohol you will lead to become physically and mentally fit.

Regular exercise is one of the best things you can do for your health. It has many benefits,like improving your health and fitness, reducing your risk for many recurring diseases. There are various types of exercise for physical fitness and its important that you pick the right type for you. Most people benefit from a combination of them.

Persistence exercises increases your breathing and heart rate. They keeps your heart, lungs, and circulatory system healthy,fit  and improves  your overall fitness. For examplequick walking, jogging, swimming, and cycling.

Strength, or resistance training, exercises make your muscles stronger. Like, lifting weights and using a resistance band.

Balance exercises can make it easier to walk on uneven surfaces and helps to avoid falls. To improve your balance,  exercises like standing on one leg. It's no surprise that the more you help your body,the more you help tour mind.Physical activity increases the flow of oxygen to the brain.It also increases the amount of feel good chemicals in your brain.

Flexibility exercises stretch your muscles and can help your body stay longer. Doing of Yoga,Meditation and various kinds of  stretches can make your body more flexible. Daily meditation is perhaps the single greatest thing you can do for your mind/body health.Meditation not only relaxes you,it gives your brain a workout.

Adding of  regular exercise into your daily schedule may seem difficult at first. But you can start slowly, and break your exercise time into mass. Even doing few minutes exercise at a time is fine. You can work your way up to doing the suggested amount of exercise. Amount of  exercise you need to do varies according to  your age and health condition.

Other things that you can do to make the most of your workouts include
Considering exercises that work all at different parts of the body, including your core (muscles around your back, abdomen, and pelvis). Tuff core strength improves balance and stability and helps to prevent lower back injury.

Choosing activities that you enjoy. It's easier to make exercise a basic side of your life if you enjoy doing it.
Exercising safely, with proper equipment, to prevent injuries. Also, listen to your body and don't overdo it.

Giving yourself goals. The goals should challenge you, but also be realistic. It's also helpful to reward yourself when you get your goals. The rewards could be something , like new workout gear, or something smaller, such as movie tickets.Mental fitness is also as important as physical fitness but you can have mental fitness when you are physically.
