Healthy people have more active and more interesting life. Physical fitness can also prevent or treat

remain healthy it's important to take part in physical exercises. Even those of
us who haven't always led busy lifestyles, increasing our physical activity now
will help us live healthier & longer lives. To live a full and healthy
life, exercise must be a part of it. It's

circumstances where an unfit person couldn't continue, and it is a major basis
for good health and well-being. A
healthy body has less prospect of acute health problems and chronic illness.
